We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in order to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
- Install and maintain equipment such as air conditioning units, appliances, and fixtures
- Respond to requests for repairs or maintenance from tenants or management
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants and management in a professional manner
- Must have own set of hand tools

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
