As a Handyman for Maintenance and Repair Services, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance and repairs. This includes conducting routine inspections, identifying and fixing any issues, and ensuring that all facilities are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any needed repairs or maintenance
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Troubleshoot and fix any electrical or plumbing issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies and equipment
- Work with contractors or specialized technicians for more complex repairs or installations
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in building maintenance or repair services
- Proficient in basic handyman skills such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid work permit/visa sponsorship (if applicable)
