Florist Assistant


We are a well-established florist shop located in the beautiful city of Ufa, and we are currently seeking a talented and passionate Florist Assistant to join our team. This is a contract position, perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in the floral industry and has their own visa to work in Russia. We welcome applications from English speaking individuals, as this role involves communicating with customers from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head florist with creating and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Help with processing and organizing incoming flower shipments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and taking orders over the phone or in person
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- A passion for flowers and a creative eye for design
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work on weekends or holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Note:
This position does not include accommodation. Applicants must have their own visa allowing them to work in Russia.
