Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Ufa. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday displays. Your role will involve selecting the best flowers and materials, arranging them in a visually appealing way, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floral Designer
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and greenery
- Strong artistic skills and creativity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their floral needs for special occasions
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client's preferences and budget
- Select the best quality flowers, plants, and materials for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing way using various techniques such as wiring, taping, and gluing
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client's requests and offering suggestions when needed
- Ensure all orders are completed on time with attention to detail
