Floral Designer



We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Ufa. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Your main duties will include designing, arranging, and maintaining flowers according to our clients' preferences and needs.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design custom flower arrangements for different occasions
- Consult with clients to determine their specific floral needs and preferences
- Source, purchase, and maintain fresh flowers and materials needed for arrangements
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner while considering color combinations, balance, and proportion
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely delivery of orders and handling any inquiries or concerns from clients
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral design area
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer new and unique designs to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, and their care requirements
- Creativity and artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Salary:
1300$ per month
