Commercial Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and functional requirements for their commercial building projects
- Develop detailed architectural plans, including site analysis, building layout, materials selection, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on schedule
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members from different backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Candidates from India are welcome to apply. This job is suitable for men who have experience in commercial architecture. Part-time options may be available for exceptional candidates without experience. Accommodation can be provided for those who need it.
