Commercial Architect



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, shopping malls, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed blueprints and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to the design plans.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project meet safety standards and building codes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: $1000 per month.
