As an English-speaking painter, you will be responsible for completing various painting projects in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes if needed
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure that all painting is completed within the given time frame and budget
- Mix paint colors according to specifications or customer requests
- Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them properly
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional painter
- Excellent knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Proficient in English language (fluency preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
