Full-Time Residential Painter


A reputable painting company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Painter to join our team full-time. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting services to our clients' homes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for painting and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Prime surfaces as needed
- Mix paint and apply multiple coats for desired finish
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete projects within given timeframes

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a painter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and techniques
- Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
