Turner - Metal Machinist


We are hiring a skilled Turner to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating metalworking machinery to shape and modify metal parts for various industries. You should have a strong understanding of metal properties and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other metalworking machinery
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of work
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Shape, cut, and smooth metal parts using various tools
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or Metal Machinist
- Strong understanding of metal properties and machining techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in operating lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other metalworking machinery
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Malindi, Kenya (preference for Indian nationals)
