We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the wedding planning process, from initial consultations with clients to the execution of their dream wedding. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to determine their wedding vision and budget
- Develop detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
- Coordinate all logistics including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, etc.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates throughout the planning process
- Oversee the execution of the event on the day-of to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or last-minute changes that may arise during the planning process or on the day-of
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements:

- Canadian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- No previous experience required - training will be provided
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of current wedding trends and industry best practices is a plus
