Formwork Construction Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Formwork Construction Specialist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Formwork Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up temporary structures used to support concrete during construction projects. This position requires attention to detail, physical strength, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and cut materials such as wood, metal or plastic to specified dimensions
- Assemble formwork components using hand and power tools
- Set up and align formwork according to specifications
- Pour concrete into formwork and level surface using various tools
- Remove formwork after concrete has set and clean work area
- Inspect completed formwork for accuracy and stability
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in formwork construction or related field
- Knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and measurements
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is an on-site position in Ufa, Russia. Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required for this position. Nepali-speaking candidates are also welcome to apply.
