We are hiring an Entry-Level Formworker to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures based on blueprints and specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine construction requirements
- Set up forms according to the design plans
- Mix and pour concrete into forms
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools
- Install reinforcing materials as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but basic knowledge of construction processes is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: 1700$ per month (contract job)
