As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Create unique and visually appealing desserts that showcase your creativity and passion for pastry
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and of high quality while managing inventory levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dessert menus that cater to different dietary preferences
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet food safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the dessert menu

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar field preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, flavor combinations, and food safety regulations
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members

Salary:
