Senior Accountant


We are a growing financial services company in Lusail, seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in managing complex financial records and providing accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of our company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This is an urgent position that offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for Kenyan nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledgers, and payroll
- Prepare accurate financial reports on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Train and mentor junior accountants as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quickbooks or Sage
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Experience in training or mentoring junior accountants is preferred
