Office Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with document preparation, filing, and record keeping
- Data entry and updating databases
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Managing office equipment and ensuring they are in good working condition
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Assisting with any other tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Must have a biometric passport for easy travel arrangements
