Indian Sales Manager in Ar-Ruwais
Our company is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to effectively manage a team. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be an Indian national residing in Ar-Ruwais
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
