Restaurant Manager (Riyadh)
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing a team of staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including dining room, kitchen, and bar operations
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the chef to develop seasonal menus and maintain food quality standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
