Senior Architect for International Firm in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our international firm in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including commercial and residential buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Lithuania
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects from concept to completion
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client meetings
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $900 per month. The final salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
