Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Sheduva, Pakistan. This full-time position is perfect for a Pakistani candidate who is fluent in English and has no previous work experience. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work without accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize all administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies when needed
- Ensure the office space is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Must be a Pakistani national with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Possess a valid biometric passport for ease of travel if needed
- No prior work experience required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
