Architectural Designer


We are a renowned architecture firm based in Siauliai, seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and clients to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create innovative architectural designs
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D visualizations and renderings of designs
- Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions to inform design decisions
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Present design ideas and concepts to clients for approval
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building codes, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai, Lithuania. While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, this position is open specifically for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
