IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's technology systems, ensuring their smooth functioning and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of any technical issues or problems that arise.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for hardware/software procurement or support services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or in a senior IT leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, server infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud computing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with different teams within the organization.

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Washington (visa sponsorship available)
