We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process by utilizing your technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with plans and specifications
- Review and analyze project proposals to identify potential issues or improvements
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and building materials to continuously improve processes and designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
