We are a rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in Ufa, Russia and we are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience working on various web design projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly websites that meet client's needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content for websites
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure our designs are innovative and cutting-edge
- Optimize websites for SEO and ensure they are mobile-responsive
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand and design requirements
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Revise designs based on client feedback until the final product is achieved

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design software
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
