We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our rapidly growing company in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and ensuring its efficient operation. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's network, servers, and computer systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Oversee software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and fulfill their IT needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and hardware/software systems
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL or Oracle
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience working with Indian employees or clients
- Familiarity with Indian culture and business practices
- Ability to speak Hindi or other Indian languages
