IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and integrity of our network and data, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of our company's data by implementing appropriate measures
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards
- Research new technologies that could improve our company's operations and make recommendations for implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in information technology to ensure our company remains competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, hardware components, software applications, and operating systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in budget management is preferred

This is a full time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds but proficiency in English is required.
