Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Sheduva

We are in search of a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Sheduva. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
