Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue, manage and motivate the sales team, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Manage the sales team by setting goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Ensure effective communication between the sales team and other departments within the company
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to stay ahead of industry changes
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Salary:
1500$ per month with accommodation provided.
