Executive Chef: Al-Malikiyah, Syria


As an Executive Chef in our prestigious restaurant in Al-Malikiyah, Syria, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation. Your main role will be to create and execute innovative menus, manage kitchen staff, and ensure the highest quality of food and service is provided to our guests.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a high-end restaurant as an Executive Chef
- Creative and passionate about food with a strong understanding of international cuisine
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal menus that showcase creativity, quality ingredients, and cater to dietary restrictions or preferences
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies while maintaining budget guidelines
- Supervise kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and assistants
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and plated beautifully for presentation
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, plating methods, portion control, hygiene standards, etc.
- Oversee food preparation processes from start to finish including ingredient sourcing and storage
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments such as management and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations

Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with health benefits. We also provide opportunities for growth within our company.
