Junior Architecture Manager


Our architectural firm is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architecture Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will work closely with senior architects to oversee projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in architecture or project management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other architectural software
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing project proposals and plans
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction phase
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and quality control purposes
- Provide support to junior architects on technical issues as needed

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (open to candidates of any nationality)
