Architecture Manager



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the architecture department. This includes managing projects, leading a team of architects, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the architecture department, including project management, design development, and construction administration
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
