Power Engineer - Entry Level

We are currently hiring for a Power Engineer to join our team in Malindi. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with no prior experience in the field. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, installation, and maintenance of power systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and layout of power systems for residential and commercial buildings
- Install and maintain electrical equipment, including generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair power system issues as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Assist with project planning and budgeting
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Canadian preferred)
- Valid work visa or Canadian citizenship

Salary: Starting at $1100 per month
