Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Ar Rumaythiyah. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules, and monitor progress throughout the project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during construction and find solutions in a timely manner
- Prepare progress reports for upper management or clients as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Middle East region (preferably in Ar Rumaythiyah)
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport (preferred)
