Job Title: Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Ar Rumaythiyah. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction process from start to finish
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of all tasks
- Oversee and manage construction teams to ensure they adhere to safety procedures and project specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before starting construction work
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
- Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and construction teams to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Proven track record of successful completion of complex construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively convey information to diverse groups
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as MS Office Suite

This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. No English language proficiency is required for this role. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation as these will not be provided by the company. This position is open for all nationalities.
