Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare machines for operation by performing routine maintenance and setting up necessary materials
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform minor repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of production and report any problems or discrepancies to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with operating various types of machinery (e.g. presses, mills, lathes)
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
