Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team in Lom. As a Welder, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing metal structures, equipment, and machinery using various welding techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to plan welding projects
- Select appropriate welding methods based on the materials being used
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and accurately
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Repair damaged or broken parts by welding or replacing them
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Welder (Nepali nationals with no English required are welcome)
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, we prefer candidates who are currently located in Lom or willing to relocate.
