We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience in punching and creating holes in various materials such as paper, plastic, and metal. They must be detail-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machine to create holes in materials according to specifications
- Inspect materials for accuracy and quality before and after punching
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a puncher or similar role
- Familiarity with different types of punch presses and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Physical dexterity and strength for operating machines and handling materials
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is $1100 per month.

This job is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
