As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating punch presses to punch holes or layout marks on metal sheets, plates and structural shapes according to blueprint specifications. This is an English speaking job and we welcome candidates from Egypt and Kenya who are looking for job opportunities without experience, as we provide on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch presses to punch holes in metal sheets, plates and structural shapes
- Layout mark locations on workpiece using measuring instruments
- Set up and adjust machine speeds according to material thickness and type
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and regulations
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machine or process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating punch presses preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints, measuring instruments and use hand tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Good communication skills in English
