Multilingual Moderator for International Online Community in Beer-Sheva



We are looking for a Multilingual Moderator to join our dynamic team in Beer-Sheva. As the Multilingual Moderator, you will be responsible for managing our international online community and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our users. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and moderate online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and participation in the community
- Collaborate with other team members to create engaging content such as polls, contests, and discussions
- Identify trends and issues within the community and provide feedback to improve user experience
- Maintain accurate records of all community activities, including user data and reports
- Assist in training new moderators on community guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Urdu, Punjabi, or French are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online forums, chat rooms, etc.
- Proven experience in community management or customer service role
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
