Junior Architectural Technologist

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting senior technicians and architects in the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and designs for construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior technicians and architects to develop detailed drawings and models for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for project designs
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or 3ds Max
