Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide insights and support decision making. You will work closely with various departments to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean and organize large datasets from multiple sources
- Perform statistical analysis and create data visualizations to identify trends and patterns
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques
- Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
