Administrator in Al-Khor, Egypt
As an Administrator in Al-Khor, Egypt, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily administrative tasks of our company. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage schedules and appointments for the management team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Monitor office expenses and handle invoices
- Help with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
