Indian Restaurant Manager in Mecca

An established restaurant in Mecca is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team. This position is open to Indian nationals with experience in restaurant management and no English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff, food quality, customer service, and budget management
- Train and manage staff to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create schedules for staff and ensure efficient use of resources
- Develop strategies to attract and retain customers
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Enforce health and safety regulations in the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi or Malayalam
- Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease
- Must be able to work without accommodation

Salary: $1400 per month
