We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in the bustling city of Moscow, Russia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and buildings to determine property boundaries, location of structures, and other important information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements using specialized equipment
- Analyze data and prepare reports, maps, and charts
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions
- Identify potential risks or issues related to land or building location
- Communicate with clients to discuss findings and provide recommendations
- Keep accurate records of survey data and ensure data integrity
- Work closely with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS systems
