We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and mapping out areas for construction projects. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, creating reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment
- Prepare accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for project planning
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in surveying or a similar role
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1100 per month (with accommodation)
Location: Atlanta (Indian candidates preferred)
Language Requirements: English fluency required
