We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy for our hotel.

Salary: 1500$

City: Nakuru

Nationality/Location Preference: Filipinos, Nepali or English speaking candidates with valid work permits in Kenya.

Contract Type: This is a contract job with potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new guests and maintain existing relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales strategies.
- Manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel and establish new business relationships.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, including revenue generation and market share analysis.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
