Construction Project Manager

We are a multinational construction company based in Eschen, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality standards and within budget constraints
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety regulations are being followed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and other necessary paperwork
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team effectively and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Eschen (willingness to relocate preferred)
