Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Dubai, looking for a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mason and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. The primary responsibility of the Mason Supervisor will be to oversee and manage a team of masons, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure projects are completed according to specifications and within set deadlines
- Train, mentor, and guide junior masons to improve their skills
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment to ensure efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets standards
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to resolve any issues or delays
- Adhere to safety regulations and promote safe working practices among the team

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
