We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of cranes to lift and move materials, equipment, and products on construction sites or in industrial settings. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, overhead, and truck-mounted cranes
- Inspect crane equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Communicate with other team members to ensure safe movement of materials
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes such as lubricating parts, inspecting cables, and replacing worn parts
- Monitor weather conditions that may impact crane operations
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physically fit with the ability to work in outdoor environments for long hours
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their functions
- Familiarity with load charts and rigging techniques
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
