Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

As a Sales Manager for our company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and managing all aspects of the company's sales operations. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and profitability by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.

Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, setting sales targets and monitoring performance, analyzing market trends and competition, as well as providing guidance and support to your team. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to improve the skills of your team members.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of the Indian market and fluency in Hindi or another Indian language is a plus.
